Who can use Sinattra

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. By using Sinattra you confirm that you are.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email — there's no password. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since anyone who can receive your code can reach your account. One account per person.

The service

Sinattra reads your journal entries and composes original, instrumental music inspired by their mood. The music is generated by AI; it's interpretive and won't always match what you had in mind. Sinattra is an evolving product — features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

Your content and who owns it

Your journal entries are yours. We don't claim ownership of them, and we don't sell them. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your entries solely to provide the service — that is, to generate and keep your music and show it back to you.

You're free to keep, play, download, and export the tracks Sinattra generates for your personal use. Because the music is produced through a third-party generation provider, that provider's terms may also apply to the audio.

Acceptable use

When using Sinattra, you agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to submit content you have no right to submit;
• attempt to bypass safety checks, usage limits, or access another person's account or data;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

Sinattra is not a crisis or medical service

Sinattra is for reflection and creativity. It is not a healthcare, counselling, or crisis service, and nothing it produces is medical or mental-health advice. Sinattra may detect signs of distress in what you write and point you toward support resources, but it is not a substitute for professional help. If you are in danger or crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline right away.

Free tier and future billing

Sinattra is currently free to use, with a limit on the number of free tracks per account. Paid plans aren't available yet; if and when they are, the price and terms will be shown clearly before you buy anything.

Third-party services

Sinattra relies on third-party providers (described in our Privacy Policy) to run. Their terms may apply to the parts of the service they power.

Disclaimers and liability

Sinattra is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the music will meet your expectations or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of Sinattra. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or limit access if the service is being misused. You can stop using Sinattra at any time and delete your account from Settings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Sinattra develops. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use Sinattra after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Singapore.
